Bee Influence was established in 2018 and born in Manchester. We’re a fast, feisty and caring startup influencer and talent agency. We champion inclusive and diverse influencer marketing campaigns.  

Since establishment we have created influencer marketing campaigns with global brands such as TikTok, LG, I Saw It First, Vistaprint, Greenpeace, Nouveau Lashes and more. In early 2020 we also launched a talent management arm of the business, aiming to represent a diverse roster of talent that stand for change. 

Our ethos is to humanise influencer marketing through diversity and championing inclusivity throughout influencer marketing campaigns. We believe that the people creating campaigns behind the scenes should be human too. From devising creative influencer marketing campaigns, to painstakingly researching influencers’ and their content, our approach is bespoke and catered with our client’s objectives in mind, always. Backed by our ethos of always striving for meaningful inclusivity in our campaigns and our obsessive nature in analysing influencer’s data and creating comprehensive reports, we pride ourselves as a mover and shaker in the industry, a beautiful blend of integrity, creativity and cleverness. 

The Influencer Marketing Executive role will sit between the influencer talent team (Bee Talent) and the influencer marketing team (Bee Influence). 

What will the role involve? 


  • Research and identification influencers suitable for each client 

  • Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements and local content guidelines are in place

  • Develop and nurture influencers relationships 

  • Create content briefs across clients 

  • Use tools including Excel and Google Analytics to analyse and report on influencer performance 

  • Responsible for reporting on all influencer activity across sponsorships and content, reporting on key KPIs weekly and monthly and when required. 

  • You will have a strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and be familiar using tools to seek out key influencers aligning with our client’s  brand values and key KPIs. 

  • Assist to manage budgets and content/posting calendar. 

  • Manage all influencer orders, gifting and product send outs and administration for the team.

  • Support on potential events, shoots and ad-hoc tasks that are related to Influencers.

 

What are we looking for? 

  • Firstly, someone nice and a team player, everything else we can teach! 

  • Someone who innately understands social media platforms 

 

  • You must be confident and great with building real, client and influencer relationships

  • You must care and have an understanding of the importance of inclusivity and social issues - this is a dealbreaker for us 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite and Powerpoint

  • You must be extremely detail oriented. You obsess over perfected presentations, scrutinise the smallest sentences, question the unquestionable. 

  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands 

  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc. 

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills The ability to multitask and work well under pressure A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines

  • You must be a numbers person, ideally looking for someone who comes from a mathematical/data driven/process driven background. Our client reports involve analysing data in a way that makes sense, so data interpretation and visitation is key.

  • Ideal but not required, proficient in Photoshop or InDesign.
